近期，据国家金融监督管理总局青岛监管局行政处罚信息披露，威海银行股份有限公司青岛分行及相关责任人，因大额客户授信管理严重不审慎，未按照项目实际进度发放贷款，超实际需求发放流动资金贷款，违规办理房e床上激情视频贷业务，未严格审核票据贸易背景、贴现资金回流出票人，对该分行罚款150万元。

对时任原威海市商业银行股份有限公司青岛分行行长赵晓博给予警告。
